Requirements

• Admitted to practice law in the state of California
• Civil litigation experience within lemon law
• Demonstrated track record of successful case outcomes and client representation
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with a commitment to meeting deadlines
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships

Responsibilities

• Representing clients in lemon law cases and other related consumer protection matters
• Conducting client consultations to evaluate cases and provide legal advice
• Drafting legal documents, such as demand letters, complaints, and settlement agreements
• Negotiating settlements with manufacturers, dealerships, and insurance companies
• Participating and representing clients in court proceedings, including hearings, mediations, and trials
• Working collaboratively with legal professionals to provide excellent legal services to clients
• Providing strategic legal advice and counsel to clients throughout the litigation process
• Handling court appearances and hearings when necessary
