Requirements
- Licensed in California as a Marriage Family Therapist, Social Worker, Professional Clinical Counselor, or Psychologist
- Master’s degree in social work or psychology; or equivalent education, training, and experience
- One year or more of direct clinical experience working with refugees
Responsibilities
- Provide culturally sensitive, client-centered individual, group, and family counseling and rehabilitation services to asylees and refugees
- Facilitate referrals to community resources and perform case management services
- Develop culturally relevant assessment and treatment plans
- Complete all documentation per Medi-Cal, Santa Clara County standards within expected deadlines
- Participate in clinical supervisions, consultations, team meetings, trainings, and on-call after hours rotation
- Complete and maintain LPS 5150 Authorization certification and provide officer of the day support
- Complete other related duties and projects as assigned
