Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Summary

Join Brave Health as a full-time Licensed Therapist and provide outpatient telehealth services from the comfort of your home. Enjoy a competitive compensation package with a base salary of $80,000-$89,000 plus bonus potential, reaching up to $100,000. This is a Monday-Friday position with no weekends. Brave Health covers liability insurance and provides an annual stipend for professional development. Additional compensation is offered for bilingual (Spanish) candidates. We are licensed to provide services to Medicaid and Medicare patients, in addition to commercial health plans. Brave Health offers reimbursement for licensure fees for new hires.

Requirements

• Have an active Texas or Florida license
• Master's level degree and licensure (LCSW/LMHC)
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Work from home space must have privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes
• Fluency in English
• Meets background/regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
• Treatment planning
• Comfortable with utilizing technology at all points of the day, including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
• Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals
• Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments
