Requirements

• Possess one of the following credentials: Psychologist (PhD, PsyD), Licensed Social Worker (LCSW, LCSW-C, LISW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT, LCMFT), Licensed Counselors (LPC, LMHC, LCPC)
• Have an individual NPI number
• Have a reliable internet connection (for any remote sessions)
