You will provide virtual skincare consultations, recommend personalized products, and maintain a client base. Skin Clique provides training, ongoing education, support, and resources. Enjoy work-life balance and no clinic overhead. Compensation is commission-based, with 100% of consultation fees and 20% on skincare sales.

Requirements

• Valid esthetician license
• Established client base with proven ability to grow and maintain clientele
• Strong understanding of skincare ingredients, routines, and concerns
• Passion for skincare and helping others achieve their skin goals
• Professional, self-motivated, and customer-focused mindset
• Ability to dedicate at least 10 hours per week to growing your Skin Clique clientele
• Reliable internet access and a quiet space for virtual consults
• Willingness to follow Skin Clique protocols and brand standards

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized skincare consultations (virtually) based on client needs and Skin Clique protocols
• Recommend products and regimens tailored to each client’s skin goals
• Build and maintain a client base within your community & virtually
• Deliver outstanding customer service and long-term skincare guidance
• Document sessions and client progress using Skin Clique’s platforms
• Participate in training and stay up-to-date on brand protocols and offerings
