Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Summary

Join Brave Health as a full-time Licensed Therapist and provide outpatient telehealth services from the comfort of your home. This W2, full-time position offers a competitive compensation package with a base salary plus bonus potential, ranging from $80,000 to $89,000, with the possibility of earning up to $100,000. Enjoy a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends. Brave Health covers liability insurance and provides an annual stipend for professional development. Additional compensation is available for bilingual (Spanish) candidates. We are a licensed Medicaid and Medicare provider, working with various commercial health plans and serving patients of all ages. Brave Health offers reimbursement for licensure fees for new hires.

Requirements

• Have an active Texas or Florida license
• Master's level degree and licensure (LCSW/LMHC)
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Work from home space must have privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes
• Fluency in English
• Meets background/regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
• Treatment planning
• Comfortable with utilizing technology at all points of the day, including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
• Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals
• Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments
