Requirements

  • Possess an active, independent Arizona Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC) license
  • Hold permanent residence in Arizona
  • Not have opted out from Medicare
  • Have access to reliable and stable internet and be proficient with technology, including but not limited to using an EHR (Electronic Health Record) and tools, such as Zoom, Google Suite, and Dayforce

Responsibilities

  • Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families, virtually or in-person (at select locations)
  • Conduct assessments, provide diagnoses, and develop treatment plans and complete progress notes
  • Ongoing, you will reassess and update treatment plans as your clients progress through treatment
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and professionals in an interdisciplinary approach to care
  • Submit all client documentation within 72 hours of a client visit
  • Consistently maintain caseload requirements based on employment agreement
  • Manage caseload, including schedule maintenance, charge slips, and speaking with clients about high balances and consistent attendance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Commitment to client-centered care
  • Maintain an open mind and desire for professional development to deepen their understanding of trauma-informed approaches, evidence-based practices, and mental health counseling methods and techniques, including initial triage, risk assessment/management, crisis interventions, ICD-10 codes, and treatment planning
  • Ability to communicate in a positive, collaborative, and responsive manner

Benefits

  • Hourly rate of $40.00
  • Full-time clinicians will average between 26 and 35 clients seen per week
  • Part-time clinicians will average between 7 and 20 clients per week (based on clinician availability; a minimum of 10 clinical hours per week are required)
