Requirements

  • Be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), and/or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Reside in Texas (TX residency required for hybrid roles)
  • Be committed to client-centered care using trauma-informed and evidence-based practices
  • Be well-versed in mental health counseling practices, including initial triage, risk assessment/management, crisis interventions, ICD-10 codes, and treatment planning
  • Be proficient with technology, including EHR systems, Zoom, and Google Suite

Responsibilities

  • Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families (virtually or in-person, between 25 and 30 clients per week)
  • Conduct assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
  • Complete timely electronic documentation (within 72 hrs)
  • Manage your caseload and maintain a consistent schedule
