We are seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), and Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) with a commitment to client-centered, trauma-informed, and evidence-based practices.
Requirements
- Be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), and/or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Reside in Texas (TX residency required for hybrid roles)
- Be committed to client-centered care using trauma-informed and evidence-based practices
- Be well-versed in mental health counseling practices, including initial triage, risk assessment/management, crisis interventions, ICD-10 codes, and treatment planning
- Be proficient with technology, including EHR systems, Zoom, and Google Suite
Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families (virtually or in-person, between 25 and 30 clients per week)
- Conduct assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
- Complete timely electronic documentation (within 72 hrs)
- Manage your caseload and maintain a consistent schedule
