Join Foresight, an outpatient mental health company in Arizona, offering virtual and in-person therapy. We are hiring therapists in the Goodyear/Phoenix area for remote and hybrid roles. Requirements

• Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), and/or Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) who reside in a state in which we operate (AZ residency required for hybrid roles)
• Must not be opted out of Medicare

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families (virtually or in-person)
• Full-time: Minimum of 25 clients per week
• Part-time clinicians: Minimum of 10 clients per week (minimum of 12 hours of availability)
• Conduct assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
• Complete timely electronic documentation (within 72 hrs)
• Management of caseload including schedule maintenance, charge slips, high balances and consistent attendance

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong clinical competency in trauma-informed and evidence-based practices; including initial triage, risk assessment/management, crisis interventions, ICD-10 codes, and treatment planning
• Proficiency with EHR systems and comfort using digital tools (Google Suite, Zoom)
• Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills to build rapport and collaborate effectively with clients, therapy leaders, billing, and support service
• Reliable time management (including maintaining a consistent schedule), attention to detail, and professional conduct across all responsibilities
• Commitment to accessibility, cultural humility, continuous learning, and Foresight’s client-centered Philosophy of Care
• Adaptability, critical thinking, and a team-oriented mindset within interdisciplinary models
