Full-time positions offer a competitive salary ($70,000–$110,000) plus a sign-on bonus, while part-time positions offer an hourly rate. We are seeking licensed therapists (LCSWs, LMFTs, LPCCs, or Clinical Psychologists) with strong clinical competency and proficiency with EHR systems. Foresight provides a supportive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

• Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCCs), and or Clinical Psychologists who reside in a state in which we operate (CA residency required for hybrid roles)
• Must not be opted out of Medicare

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families (virtually or in-person)
• Conduct assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
• Complete timely electronic documentation (within 72 hrs)
• Management of caseload including schedule maintenance, charge slips, high balances and consistent attendance

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong clinical competency in trauma-informed and evidence-based practices; including initial triage, risk assessment/management, crisis interventions, ICD-10 codes, and treatment planning
• Proficiency with EHR systems and comfort using digital tools (Google Suite, Zoom)
• Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills to build rapport and collaborate effectively with clients, therapy leaders, billing, and support service
• Reliable time management (including maintaining a consistent schedule), attention to detail, and professional conduct across all responsibilities

• Adaptability, critical thinking, and a team-oriented mindset within interdisciplinary models
