Join Little Otter, a childhood mental health company, as a part-time pediatric clinical therapist providing high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy to children aged 0-14, parents, and families. You will conduct evidence-based interventions, complete clinical documentation using our platform, and participate in weekly case reviews. This role requires a Master's level license in North Carolina (LCMHC, LCSW, or LMFT), 1+ years of independent clinical experience with children and families, and comfort with technology. Requirements

  • Must be credentialed with Blue Cross Blue Shield
  • Masters level therapists independently licensed in North Carolina ie. Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT)
  • 1+ years of independent direct clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children and families. Demonstrated expertise in treating common mental health disorders in children through evidence-based practices
  • Comfortable with technology and interested in incorporating technology solutions into clinical care
  • Passionate about providing mental health care services to children and families and excited to work at an early-stage startup to impact the way we provide these exceptional virtual services!

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy via the Little Otter platform to children ages 0-14 years old, parents, and families
  • Conduct evidence-based interventions for children and families including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapies, Exposure Therapy for Anxiety, Parent Management Training (PMT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Child and Family Psychotherapy (CPP), etc
  • Complete clinical documentation using the Little Otter platform for each patient including intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans
  • Participate in a weekly case review and manager meeting
