Requirements

• Master’s-level degree from an accredited institution
• Active clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LCPC, PsyD, PhD, etc.) valid in your practicing state
• At least 3 years of experience in providing adult psychotherapy
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities
• Strong documentation and diagnostic skills
• A clean license history with no board disciplinary actions

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality teletherapy for individuals managing depression, anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, and more
• Use Tava’s EMR to document treatment sessions and maintain accurate records
• Keep your schedule current and accessible to streamline patient engagement
• Collaborate with our Clinical Team and share insights to foster growth for you and your clients
