Licensed Therapist

Summary

Join the Counseling at Dupont team as a licensed contract therapist! Enjoy the benefits of a private practice setting without the administrative burdens. We'll handle billing and scheduling; you focus on providing individual, couples, and group therapy. This is a contract position offering flexibility in scheduling. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of post-licensure clinical experience and strong interpersonal and computer skills. We offer a competitive rate based on the fee schedule.

Requirements

• Have an LICSW or LPC license in good standing with the District of Columbia
• Have a National Provider Identification Number (NPI)
• Have a minimum of three years post-licensure clinical experience in mental health services
• Have a minimum of two years providing diagnostic, assessment, psychotherapy/counseling services
• Possess strong interpersonal, verbal, written and computer skills
• Possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exhibit excellent computer skills, including operating Microsoft Office Suite programs
• Possess the knowledge and ability to navigate an Electronic Medical Record (EMR), including note writing and data entry
• Respect and uphold client confidentiality
• Exhibit a high level of organizational skills and be able to prioritize and multi-task without direct supervision

• Contract Rate: 50% of fee collected for service based on the fee schedule ($54.50 is the average pay rate per hour)
