Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience directly licensing clinicians, preferably medical license types (eg. MD/DO, NP)
  • Excellent skills in oral and written communication, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to work with highly confidential information is required
  • Meticulous about details and learns from every mistake so that they don’t happen twice
  • Strong results orientation
  • Independent problem solving & decision making skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at a time
  • Candidates must be service oriented, self-confident, and dependable

Responsibilities

  • Initiate and facilitate licensing activities for new and existing clinicians of all types, with an emphasis on nurse practitioners
  • Perform β€˜white glove’ licensing on behalf of clinicians
  • Ensure successful completion of licensing plans assigned to clinicians and appropriately escalate issues that jeopardize this success
  • Support accurate maintenance of clinician information necessary to meet regulatory and partner obligations
  • Provide logistical support for clinical team members, partnering closely with clinical care liaisons
  • Find innovative ways to solve problems and iterate on existing processes
  • Communicate risks, obstacles and milestones to leadership
