Summary

Join Midi Health, a rapidly growing company redesigning care for women in midlife, as their Lifecycle Marketing Manager focused on customer activation. You will be responsible for guiding new users from sign-up to their first appointment booking. This role involves designing, implementing, and executing personalized, data-driven user journeys using marketing automation platforms. You will collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to optimize campaigns across various channels, particularly email and SMS. Success in this position requires a strategic, hands-on approach and technical proficiency in marketing automation. The ideal candidate will deeply understand user behavior and be passionate about optimizing onboarding funnels and driving conversions.

Requirements

  • 3-5 + years in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or growth marketing, with a clear focus on customer activation or onboarding optimization
  • Proven success in executing and hands-on building automated campaigns specifically aimed at driving initial user conversion or product adoption
  • Deep expertise and hands-on proficiency with major email and SMS marketing automation platforms ( e.g., Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Customer.io) – including audience segmentation, journey builder configuration, and campaign deployment
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with creative team and leading strategy across content, copywriting, and design
  • Strong analytical foundation with fluency in key activation KPIs (e.g., conversion rate from registration to booking, time-to-activate, funnel drop-off rates, engagement metrics), A/B testing, and data interpretation
  • Curiosity, optimism, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and optimize multi-channel activation campaigns within our marketing automation platforms, including leading our weekly newsletter strategy
  • Deeply understand our new user journey, identify friction points, and technically implement solutions to improve conversion rates
  • Lead the development and curation of dynamic customer segments to enable highly personalized and effective activation flows
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Growth teams on data integration, MarTech infrastructure, and ensuring HIPAA compliance where applicable
  • Drive significant business impact by improving our core activation metrics through both strategy and precise execution
  • Directly impact new customer acquisition efficiency and revenue by strategically and technically optimizing the activation funnel
  • Lead efforts to significantly increase the percentage of registered users who successfully book an appointment
  • Provide strategic insight into user behavior during the critical initial phases of their journey, informing product and engineering roadmaps
  • Ensure every touchpoint in the activation journey is optimized through robust segmentation, personalization, and diligent platform configuration and performance measurement
  • Serve as a trusted partner to leadership, bringing visibility, storytelling, and clarity to our activation efforts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a fast-growing health-tech company, with competing priorities
  • Understanding of basic HTML/CSS for email template customization
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams on data requirements, API integrations, and MarTech stack optimization
