Summary

The Lifecycle/Email Copywriter role at Mixbook is a remote position that requires 3-5 years of copywriting experience. The candidate will be responsible for writing clear, compelling, and conversion-focused email copy that aligns with the brand voice and marketing objectives. They will collaborate with various teams to ensure cohesive messaging across the customer journey and use insights and analytics to understand performance and future opportunities.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of copywriting experience within an agency or in-house creative team (bonus if it includes e-commerce or CPG brands)
• Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, with ability to adapt the content, style, and length appropriately for relevancy and impact
• Willingness to do your own research and ability to quickly grasp, and bring to life the brand voice
• Organized, efficient and agile – able to meet deadlines with ease while working on multiple projects simultaneously
• A creative aptitude, appreciation, and strong grasp of the Mixbook brand

Responsibilities

• Write clear, compelling, and conversion-focused email copy that aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives
• Develop and execute campaigns that drive customer engagement and achieve measurable results across promo emails, lifecycle campaigns, sms, notifications
• Collaborate with email marketing and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging across the customer journey

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Figma and Asana a huge plus
