Summary

Join Mindrift, a platform connecting specialists with AI projects, and become an AI Tutor in Linguistics. You will collaborate on projects focused on improving the capabilities of GenAI models, generating prompts to challenge AI, defining scoring criteria to evaluate AI responses, and correcting model responses based on your linguistic expertise. This freelance role is fully remote, offering flexibility and the chance to contribute to shaping the future of AI. You'll get paid for your expertise, with rates up to $40/hour, and gain valuable experience enhancing your portfolio. The role is part-time and fits around other commitments.

Requirements

  • You have a Master’s degree, PhD or PostDoc degree in Linguistics
  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in Linguistics, with solid knowledge of the following subdomains within Linguistics: Syntax, Morphology, Phonology, Semantics, Phonetics, Pragmatics, Psycholinguistics, Neurolinguistics, Second Language Acquisition, Sociolinguistics, Computational Linguistics
  • Your level of English is advanced (C1) or above
  • You are ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly and sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines

Responsibilities

  • Generate prompts that challenge AI
  • Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate the accuracy of the AI’s answers
  • Correct the model’s responses based on your domain-specific knowledge
