Linguistics Consultant / AI Trainer

You will collaborate on projects focused on improving the capabilities of GenAI models, generating prompts to challenge AI, defining scoring criteria to evaluate AI responses, and correcting model responses based on your linguistic expertise. Requirements

• You have a Master’s degree, PhD or PostDoc degree in Linguistics
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in Linguistics, with solid knowledge of the following subdomains within Linguistics: Syntax, Morphology, Phonology, Semantics, Phonetics, Pragmatics, Psycholinguistics, Neurolinguistics, Second Language Acquisition, Sociolinguistics, Computational Linguistics
• Your level of English is advanced (C1) or above
• You are ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly and sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines

Responsibilities

• Generate prompts that challenge AI
• Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate the accuracy of the AI’s answers
• Correct the model’s responses based on your domain-specific knowledge
