Requirements

• 4+ years CAD/CAM digital design experience using 3shape in specialized/trained across multiple product SKUs
• Extensive knowledge of dental anatomy and terminology (such as, identifying tooth margin, tissue over margin, bite alignment)
• Customer Service Experience required
• Basic Understanding of Tech platforms and the ability to learn new platforms quickly

Responsibilities

• Skillfully and accurately perform scan reviews of digital impressions and offer feedback to dental practice clients using written and verbal communication
• Collaborate with team members to present the best possible solutions to customers

Preferred Qualifications

• Chairside experience along with lab experience
• Experience using Intra-oral scanner software & hardware
