Summary

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in end to end processing and administration of loan with Australian Mortgage Broking
- Experience in using MyCRM, Infinity, AFG Flex, Mercury Nexus, Podium, or other AU mortgage CRM
- Experience in using Project Management Tools such as Monday.com, Asana, Notion, Trello etc)
Responsibilities
- Handle, analyse and prepare client loan applications
- Distribute documents such as 'Hello' Pack, Credit Guide, File Invite, and Online Fact Find
- Review client documents and fact-find sessions and manage data entry and credit report requests
- Initiate new loan applications after lead generation or Online Fact Find
- Share the Game Plan with customers for review and e-signature
- Upload supporting documents from the designated folder (Google Drive) and submit via Apply Online (NextGen)
- Facilitate application validation and final checks in Apply Online
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in HubSpot
- Certificate IV Financing & Mortgage Brokering
