Requirements

• Fluent in English and Modern Standard Arabic (MSA), with knowledge of common slang and unique phrases
• Experience in content localisation, particularly in design and copy
• Ability to learn internal design and localisation tools quickly, and get things done in a timely manner
• Keen understanding of Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) markets including its history, trends, news, and social and political culture
• Ability to read and follow strict guidelines and communicate coherently and properly

Responsibilities

Review templates by providing language feedback, and implementing language and design fixes in the following areas: Spell check and grammar: Language quality and flow (grammar, punctuation, spelling errors/typos, cohesiveness, etc.) Adherence to guidelines and brand tone of voice Design issues (improper line breaks in text, inappropriate/incorrect/controversial imagery, font replacement, etc.) Cultural fit Redesigning as necessary
