Summary

Requires previous Lock Desk experience, mortgage experience, bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, team player with customer service skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Requirements

• Previous Lock Desk experience preferred
• Mortgage experience of some sort required
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Accuracy and attention to details
• Team player with a customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, etc)

Responsibilities

• Process rate lock requests, changes, relocks and extensions
• Communicate changes to production staff
• Monitor expiring locks and communicate options to production staff
• Data entry of sell side commitments
• Update pricing and pricing model
• Update hedge firm on changes to position, i.e., new locks, extensions, loan sales, status changes
• Monitor investor due dates
• Generate reports as needed
