Requirements

  • Knowledge of the logistics industry is essential to identify and engage the right candidates
  • Demonstrated proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing, with the ability to find and connect with potential candidates
  • Strong written communication skills to craft compelling messages and engage candidates professionally
  • Ability to work independently while staying aligned with the recruitment team’s goals
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to the company’s sourcing strategies and tools

Responsibilities

  • Source and identify potential candidates for agent and broker positions within the logistics industry
  • Utilize LinkedIn and other tools to proactively search for and engage potential candidates
  • Conduct initial outreach and messaging to gauge interest and schedule calls with the recruiting team
  • Collaborate with the hiring team to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates
  • Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities and candidate details

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a sourcing or recruitment role is a plus but not required
  • Multilingual abilities are a bonus, though fluency in English is a must
