Loss Drafts Specialist

Summary

Join Zillion Technologies Inc. as a Loss Draft Specialist for a 12-month remote contract. You will guide customers through the claims process after property damage, accurately processing claim documents, and resolving issues. This role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and efficient data entry skills. The role is fast-paced and requires excellent communication and multitasking abilities. Successful candidates will have prior customer service experience and proficiency with MS Office.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 or more years of experience in customer service
• Previous data entry experience
• Basic knowledge of computers and proficiency with MS Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to easily adapt as procedures/assignments may change frequently
• Strong multitasking and organization skills
• An eye for detail

Responsibilities

• Answer questions and respond to requests, inquiries, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Review and research claim information provided, make appropriate follow-up calls to resolve issues, and process claim checks following standard policies and procedures
• Ensure that internal and external standards are met on a consistent basis
• Efficiently and accurately enter information into company proprietary systems
• Build and maintain effective internal and external working relationships to meet client requirements and service level agreements
• Request information and/or provide updates as needed
• Handle other duties and projects as requested, based on business needs
• Maintain and update procedure knowledge on an ongoing basis and attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions as appropriate

Preferred Qualifications

Preferably 1 year experience in insurance, banking, finance, and/or mortgage servicing
