Summary
Join Rackspace as a Low Code Developer and play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining low-code business processes. You will leverage your understanding of low-code platforms and best practices to create scalable and efficient solutions. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders, designing and developing high-quality applications, optimizing for performance, and providing feedback to junior developers. You will troubleshoot issues, stay updated on industry trends, and participate in Agile processes. A Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of related experience are required. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving and programming skills and experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Amazon Web Services/EC2.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts, designers, and subject matter experts, to gather requirements and translate them into low-code applications
- Design and develop high-quality low-code applications / processes
- Customize and extend the functionality of low-code platforms through code snippets, reusable components, and integrations with external systems
- Optimize low-code applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Conduct process reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers, ensuring adherence to low-code process standards and best practices
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, identify opportunities for low-code development, and propose innovative solutions
- Proactively troubleshoot and debug complex issues in low-code applications, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in low-code development, and proactively share knowledge and insights with the team
- Participate in Agile process iteratively creating and developing applications
- Understanding of data structures, relational data, and interfacing with APIs
- Provide First Pass Yield data and ability to report success status using tools such as Splunk or New Relic
