LPN/LVN - Team Lead

Summary

Join Oscar Medical Group as an LPN/LVN Lead and oversee a team of Licensed Practical Nurses/Licensed Vocational Nurses in a virtual clinic setting. You will be responsible for the day-to-day performance of your team, partnering with the Medical Director on practice performance and workflows. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Practical/Vocational Nursing (LPN, LVN)
• Active, unrestricted LVN/LPN compact state license
• 4+ years of outpatient / ambulatory LVN/LPN experience
• 2+ years of nursing leadership or supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction and support to the licensed practical nursing team in collaboration with the RN and clinical leadership team
• Oversee the delivery of virtual nursing care services, ensuring adherence to established clinical protocols, guidelines, SLAs and best practices
• Serve as a clinical resource for licensed practical nurses, providing guidance on complex cases, clinical decision-making, and evidence-based practice
• Review patient assessments, care plans, and interventions to ensure quality, safety, and effectiveness
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate patient care, and facilitate interdisciplinary communication
• Work cross functionally to drive operational efficiencies for the practice
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including chart reviews, clinical audits, and outcome assessments, to identify areas for improvement and implement evidence-based interventions
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Other duties as assigned
