LTL Load Management Representative

Summary

Join Loadsmart, a hyper-growth logistics tech company, as an LTL Load Management Representative. You will coordinate with carriers, ensuring excellent customer service by communicating about booked loads, addressing shipment delays, tracking shipments, managing accessorials, and providing carrier feedback to improve technology. Collaborate with other teams for smooth deliveries. This role requires strong communication skills and at least one year of customer service experience. Requirements

• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in English - verbal and written

Responsibilities

• Communicate with carriers regarding booked loads
• Communicate with external and internal parties regarding delays or issues with shipments
• Track and trace shipments to ensure deadlines and delivery times are met
• Keep track of upcoming deliveries and possible delays that may occur
• Resolve and manage communication with carriers when general issues arise
• Report and manage accessorials and extra fees our carriers might charge
• Provide carrier feedback to our engineering team to continuously improve our core technology to meet the needs of carriers and customers
• Collaborate with members of other teams to guarantee a smooth delivery process

Preferred Qualifications

• LTL or transportation experience is a plus
• Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is a plus
