LTL Operations Specialist

Summary

Join our growing logistics team as a detail-oriented LTL Operations Specialist! Manage Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) shipments through digital brokerage portals, assisting customers in selecting optimal shipping options and ensuring timely, accurate load bookings. You will be responsible for data entry, quote management, customer communication, shipment booking, and documentation handling. This role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency with online portals and freight software, and excellent written communication skills. A supportive team and competitive salary are offered. Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Comfortable working with online portals and freight software
• Good written communication skills for corresponding with customers
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines
• Understanding of freight documentation (e.g., BOLs, rate confirmations)
• Customer service experience in a logistics environment

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter shipment details into LTL portals and internal systems
• Use LTL platforms to retrieve available carrier options and rates for each shipment
• Share rate and transit options with customers, helping them select the best fit
• Confirm and book the selected shipment option once approved by the customer
• Generate and send the Bill of Lading (BOL) and other necessary documents to the customer
• Assist with shipment tracking or carrier follow-up as needed (optional depending on company flow)

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in LTL freight or logistics operations is a plus
