Luxury Travel Consultant - French Speaking

Advise premium cardholders via phone and email in French and English, handling inquiries from quote preparation to billing. You will need excellent French and English language skills (C2 level), several years of experience in the travel industry, and GDS knowledge (Amadeus preferred). Requirements

• You have excellent language skills in professional French and English , in written and spoken ( C2 according to The Common European Framework)
• Have completed tertiary qualification or equivalent training, ideally in the field of tourism
• Have several years of professional experience in the travel industry , a tour operator or in a travel agency
• Have excellent destination knowledge across key global regions
• Have a strong passion for everything related to travel and the luxury lifestyle , including gastronomy , events and culture
• Are service-oriented , flexible and able to work under pressure
• Have a positive attitude and identify with Ten Group values
• Have strong communication skills

• Are available on a full-time basis ( 40hrs per week )
• Flexibility: Ability to work in shifts and on weekends. (This position involves a 41.25-hour work week with day and evening shifts. Shifts are scheduled Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM CET, with at least one late shift per week) and at least one Saturday shift per month (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CET)

Responsibilities

• Advising our clients – premium cardholders – by phone and email in both French and English
• Handling customer inquiries from quote preparation to billing for individual trips
• Making reservations with airlines , hotels , and travel agencies
• Creating tailored offers , travel documents , and detailed travel itineraries
• Passionately advising and facilitating unique travel experiences
• Actively selling special promotions and exclusive offers

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to speak an additional language such as German or Italian is an advantage
• GDS knowledge ( preferably Amadeus ) is a plus
