M365/Copilot Change Management Associate Consultant

Join Quisitive's Customer Excellence Organizational Change Management team as an M365/CoPilot Change Management Associate Consultant! This remote, US-based role focuses on supporting user adoption of M365 and other Microsoft technologies. You will assess client needs, conduct change management assessments, partner with project teams, and leverage prescriptive solutions. Responsibilities include facilitating workshops, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating effectively within a team. The ideal candidate possesses at least two years of change management consulting experience on Microsoft projects, ADKAR methodology knowledge, and exceptional communication skills. Requirements

• At least two years of change management consulting experience on Microsoft projects in a consulting environment (M365, O365, CoPilot…)
• Knowledge of ADKAR methodology
• Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent active listening skills

Responsibilities

• Assess a client’s current state and understand the baseline of change needs
• Complete change management assessments, identify key stakeholders, and work closely with sponsors in defining project/initiative goals and success criteria
• Partner with clients, project managers and technologists as a member of a Organizational Change Management Team
• Leverage prescriptive change management solutions based on potential need for communications, training, and governance
• Apply a structured methodology and facilitate change management activities within the defined scope of the project Statement of Work
• Facilitate Change Management Workshops created to help organizations understand how Microsoft tools can be successfully leverage to meet/exceed defined goals
• Recognize potential additional client opportunities while serving current client needs
• Partner with project OCM Lead, Project Manager and Technicians in facilitating solid solutions to achieve success

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working independently on Microsoft Adoption or Organizational Change Management projects
• Adoption or Organizational Change Management experience in three or more areas of Microsoft technology
• PROSCI certification
