Summary

You will be responsible for the entire integration lifecycle of acquired companies, from initial conversations to full operational integration. This role focuses on execution, ensuring seamless integration across all departments. You will build the integration discipline at Nava, laying the foundation for scalable success as the company grows. Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in one or more of the following areas
- Management consulting with exposure to M&A or PMO work
- Project management at a fast-moving startup
- M&A integration roles with meaningful post-close execution work
- Experience driving cross-functional initiatives with high complexity and visibility
- Strong presence—you know how to command a room and build trust quickly
- Highly organized, detail-obsessed, and able to run large, multi-stream projects without dropping the ball
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing environments; you find paths to success as new info emerges
- Familiar with building playbooks and operating cadences around integrations
- Excited about owning outcomes and flexing your hours during crunch times (with balance during slower periods)
- Operate with a builder’s mindset—eager to help shape the future of this function
Responsibilities
- Lead integration planning and execution for acquired companies, from early conversations to full onboarding
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders (Product, Ops, People, Finance, GTM) to ensure alignment and readiness across all functions
- Drive planning and execution—ensuring every team is prepared and no detail falls through the cracks
- Develop integration roadmaps, timelines, KPIs, and progress tracking systems
- Flex and adapt as new information surfaces—this is not a static playbook
- Identify risks, anticipate roadblocks, and proactively surface solutions
- Act as a strategic thought partner for leadership during acquisition planning
- Lay the groundwork to eventually build a repeatable integration function and team over time
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with VC-backed companies or rollups
- Exposure to acquisition sourcing or pre-close work
