Join Unit4 as a Data Scientist - Machine Learning Engineer and help design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that enhance our software solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers and product managers, to ensure models are scalable, robust, ethically designed, and aligned with business goals. Implement ML workflows using MLOps best practices and ensure model reproducibility, performance, reliability, scalability, and security. Implement responsible AI principles to maintain fairness, accountability, and transparency. Stay current with the latest advancements in machine learning and MLOps. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or a related field
• Strong understanding and experience in machine learning and MLOps
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks
• Experience with Azure, ML lifecycle management tools (Azure Machine Learning Studio, MLflow, Databricks, etc.), and containerization tools (Kubernetes, Docker)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in an agile and fast-paced development environment

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers and product managers, to support the design and integration of responsible ML solutions into company products
• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain machine learning models to solve diverse business challenges
• Implement ML workflows using MLOps best practices for continuous integration and deployment
• Ensure reproducibility, performance, reliability, scalability, and security of ML models in production
• Implement responsible AI principles to ensure fairness, accountability, and transparency in AI solutions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in machine learning and MLOps

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Data Science, AI, or a related field is desirable
• Experience working with big data technologies is a plus
• Experience in data quality and compliance is a plus
