Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on ML engineering experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• Deep expertise in ML frameworks, distributed computing, and cloud platforms
• Experience with MLOps, strong track record of delivering production ML systems
• Excellence in technical leadership and mentoring
• Outstanding client communication skills
• Prior experience in consulting or professional services

Responsibilities

• Make qualified decisions on selecting approaches for solving AI/ML problems given functional and non-functional requirements
• Contribute to the development of enterprise-grade ML systems
• Lead technical delivery for major client initiatives
• Drive adoption of MLOps best practices and technical standards
• Mentor junior engineers and shape team technical direction
• Conduct technical discovery workshops with clients
• Evaluate and champion new technologies and frameworks
• Contribute to proposal development and solution architecture

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• Experience with deep learning and specialized domains (NLP, GenAI, Computer Vision preferably)
