Join our fast-growing and dynamic team as a ML Engineer Intern to work on groundbreaking projects that apply machine learning techniques to biomedical data.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, optimisation, and productisation of research code for biomedical applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, in particular research engineers and data scientists, to integrate ML models into existing workflows and systems
• Refactor and modularise research code into a production-oriented pipeline
• Build a Python GitHub app to enforce good practices in pull requests and internal packages
• Optimise existing pipeline to make better use of compute resources
• Participate in team meetings, contribute ideas, and present findings
• Document research processes and results for future reference
