Join Ada, a leading AI customer experience platform, as a Machine Learning Scientist in our R&D organization. You will design, experiment with, and deploy data science solutions integrated into Ada's product. Collaborate with product designers, engineers, and other ML scientists to create impactful customer experiences. Develop product features using machine learning, build data pipelines, and conduct experiments through to deployment. Contribute to improving the team's data science and ML engineering practices. Requirements

• Proven industry experience with Generative AI
• 2-5 years of industry experience
• Excellent understanding of Machine Learning principles
• Experienced in designing and tracking efficient and thorough data science experiments
• Robust software and data engineering practices

Responsibilities

• Execute on our ambitious machine-learning product roadmap through the implementation of features
• Help identify areas of opportunity and innovation within our product
• Increase the business value that Ada brings to our customers by bringing innovative research projects into production
• Develop product features involving machine learning
• Write data pipelines
• Conduct modelling and experimentation all the way through to deployment
• Contribute to improving the team's data science and ML engineering practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Master or PhD in Machine Learning or a related field
• Interested in Applied ML Science that includes optimization and R&D for AI-first production systems
• Preferably worked on natural language processing (NLP) problems before
