Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or computational field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics) or equivalent practical experience
- Familiarity with machine learning methods and basic statistical analysis techniques
- Exposure to neural networks and deep learning technologies, including some understanding of LLMs and agentic models
- Proficiency in Python and a basic understanding of SQL
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in ambiguous problem spaces with a collaborative attitude
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of machine learning projects, from data gathering and analysis to model prototyping and evaluation
- Support the design and implementation of ML pipelines with a focus on LLMs and agentic models for tasks such as data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training
- Stay updated with recent advancements in AI research, particularly in LLMs and agentic models, and explore their application within our projects
- Communicate your learning and progress effectively, seeking guidance to enhance your skills and understanding in these advanced areas
- Contribute to fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement by sharing insights around cutting-edge AI technologies with the team
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic experience with deep learning frameworks, such as PyTorch or TensorFlow, and their application in LLMs
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS
- Interest or coursework in AI applications within industries such as Insurance or Fintech
- Experience with DBT, Airflow or similar analytics workflow tools is a big plus
