Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of extensive experience developing Magento 2/Adobe Commerce based solutions
- Experience in technical leadership β a tech lead, lead developer, principal developer, architect etc. role
- Experience in "Search & Merchandising" functionality within the e-commerce industry
- Proven ability to integrate different systems to ensure seamless functionality and interoperability
- Expertise in both front-end and back-end development in Magento
- Profound understanding and application of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, including SOLID principles
- Proficiency in PHP 8 and Doctrine
- Familiarity with Magento supporting services such as MySQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, OpenSearch
- Understanding of REST concepts and adept at creating APIs adhering to best practices
- Familiarity with contemporary IT systems
- Strong commitment to code quality
- Ability to develop unit and integration tests with a clear understanding of their significance
- Capable of independently crafting readable and testable code compliant with industry standards
- Familiarity with web application security
- Comfortable engaging in discussions with C-level, leading to architectural decisions and proposed design solutions
- Experience in effective communication with business representatives
- Ability to comprehend customer requirements and deliver tangible business value
- Proficiency in English (B2+) and Polish (B1/B2)
- Willingness to work during the hours of 10:00 AM β 6:00 PM Polish time (CET)
- Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required
