Requirements

  • Proven experience in Mainframe z/OS system development and maintenance
  • Proficiency in JCL and Icetool
  • Strong knowledge of IFPF and REXX
  • Experience with TWS and SDSF
  • COBOL programming expertise
  • Knowledge of DB2 databases
  • Experience in Software AG environments, including Natural, Adabas, Natural-DB2, and webMethods EntireX
  • Familiarity with NaturalOne from Software AG
  • Fluency in English (mandatory)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain JCL scripts and Icetool utilities
  • Work with IFPF and REXX for process automation and optimization
  • Manage and monitor workloads using TWS and SDSF
  • COBOL programming for application development and maintenance
  • Work with DB2 databases, including queries and optimization
  • Operate in Software AG environments, utilizing Natural, Adabas, and Natural-DB2
  • Implement solutions with webMethods EntireX for system integration
  • Develop and maintain applications using NaturalOne from Software AG
  • Ensure code quality and adherence to best development practices
  • Communicate with international teams for requirement alignment and deliverables

Preferred Qualifications

Availability for remote work, with possible sporadic travel to Europe at the beginning of the project
