Managed Services CE Senior Technical Consultant

Summary

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE development
• Advanced knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE customization, configuration, and development using C#, JavaScript, and SDK
• Proficiency in Power Automate for integrating and automating business processes
• Expertise in Power BI for building data models, queries, and visualizations

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions within Dynamics 365 CE
• Implement advanced customizations using C#, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies
• Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and other systems
• Design and implement automated workflows and business processes using Power Automate
• Create and manage Power BI reports and dashboards
• Develop complex queries, data models, and reports to support data-driven decision-making
• Create comprehensive documentation for custom solutions, integrations, and Power BI reports
• Provide technical training and support to internal teams and end-users on Dynamics 365 CE, Power Automate, and Power BI

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Azure services and other relevant technologies is a plus
