Summary
Join ProSidian as a Management Keynote/Guest Speaker, leveraging your expertise in Leadership and Coaching to deliver impactful presentations. This 1099 contract position offers remote work with travel, focusing on the Education and Academia sector. You will design and deliver keynote presentations tailored to various events, engaging audiences through compelling storytelling and real-world insights. The role requires proven speaking experience, subject-matter authority, and the ability to translate expertise into relatable takeaways. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent industry experience; notable recognition or success in field enhances credibility
- Current or previous role aligned with Leadership & Coaching activities driving qualifications as a Management Keynote Speaker. Proven speaking experience and subject-matter authority; ability to translate personal or professional expertise into relatable takeaways
- Primarily focused on Professional and Management Development Training initiatives and aligned with Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest Speaker) activities Leadership And Coaching Functional Area Activities
- Presentation delivery, adaptability, audience engagement, content relevance, and emotional storytelling
- Resilience, cultural awareness, presence, strategic insight, inclusivity, and clarity in communication
Responsibilities
- Provide services and support as a Management Keynote/Guest Speaker [Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest Speaker)] in the Education, And Academia Industry Sector focussing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as Texas Education Agency (TEA) | Region One Education Service Center (ESC1) Generally Located In CONUS - Texas (Remote W/ Travel or Virtual) and across the South Central Region (Of Country/World)
- Provides targeted content and insights tailored to Management Topic Areas while collaborating with a Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest) as part of a Leadership & Coaching Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline/Category with the objective(s) of engaging audiences through expert knowledge, real-world experience, or motivational storytelling. Delivers value by educating, inspiring, and energizing event participants. Often aligned with the event theme or goals to reinforce key messages. Management speakers specialize in delivering compelling insights, stories, or strategies within their area of expertise. They engage audiences through education, motivation, and actionable guidance rooted in their field
- Delivers impactful storytelling and real-world insight in management, helping audiences connect purpose to action with clarity and inspiration. Design and deliver keynote presentations tailored to the event’s purpose, audience, and values; inspire through engaging delivery and meaningful content
- Supports pre-event messaging, internal leadership briefings, or creative breakout sessions
- Often provides customized post-event deliverables such as feedback tools, educational resources, or thought leadership content
- Invited to headline conferences, lead internal corporate events, or serve as voice of brand-aligned impact storytelling
