Management Trainee

Summary

The Management Trainee program is a 12 to 18-month initiative offering hands-on experience across various functions within the organization. As a Management Trainee, you will rotate through multiple departments, manage projects, conduct data analysis, solve problems, develop leadership skills, attend training sessions, network with peers and industry professionals, and have a casual, flexible, and pet-friendly work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 0-1 years of work experience, preferably in a business-related field
• Strong analytical thinking
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive, flexible mindset
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams
• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with business software/tools
