Summary

The Accounts Receivable Manager at Deel will be responsible for managing all aspects of the AR function, including billing, invoicing, collections, and reconciliation. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with at least 5 years of progressive experience, including 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Requirements

• CPA or equivalent certification preferred
• 5 years of progressive experience in accounts receivable, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the accounts receivable function within our organization
• Develop and implement effective processes and procedures for the accounts receivable function
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the AR department, including billing, invoicing, and account reconciliation
• Review and approve customer invoices, credit memos, and adjustments to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to contractual terms and company policies
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts
• Lead the collections efforts along with the Credit Control team, including developing collection strategies, managing collection activities, and negotiating payment arrangements with delinquent customers
• Analyze AR trends and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize cash flow and reduce aged receivables
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the AR team, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and professional development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement in AR operations
