Manager, Analytics Engineering

Requirements

• Proven ability to work cross functionally across business to identify data needs and deliver right sized outcomes

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain our analytical environment including data marts that drive actionable analytics insights across the company
• Build data solutions including new pipelines, dashboards, data marts and ad hoc data pulls to address business asks coming from variety of stakeholders
• Set the vision for the use of analytics across the enterprise and evangelize a data driven philosophy for decision making
• Lead and develop a team of high performing analytics engineers to achieve the above
• Additional duties as assigned by your manager

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of experience in consumer financial companies
