As a key member of our operations team, you will support core operational processes and metrics related to clinical utilization and efficiency to enable our clinical team to scale efficiently.

Requirements

• 5+ years operations or consulting experience, ideally having worked within healthcare delivery or a high-growth startup
• Exceptional project management and prioritization skills
• Experience building and scaling operational processes for clinicians
• Results-oriented operator who moves fast
• Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized
• Comfort with ambiguity
• Ability to work cross-functionally with clinicians

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support projects to improve core metrics around clinical utilization and efficiency
• Identify opportunities to streamline clinical workflows across scheduling, visit documentation, care coordination/referrals, etc
• Support projects to scale our care model, including both individual patient care and our group care program
• Partner closely with Pomelo’s Clinical and Market Operations teams to develop and rollout new processes to support rapid scaling
• Support improvements to internal team communications and knowledge management
• Support rollout and training for clinicians on new features in partnership with the Clinical Onboarding/Training and Product teams
