Requirements
- 5+ years of either real estate/ hospitality/ or vacation rental experience
- 3+ years of experience leading or coaching sales individuals/ account managers
- Ability to lead others in a dynamic and high-growth environment
- A forward-thinking, creative mindset geared towards developing new ideas to enhance your teamβs capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to be articulate and direct, both in a group setting and on one
- Eagerness to learn and continue personal development
- Highly organized with a strong ability to prioritize and delegate when needed
- Ability to analyze and leverage data in order to drive performance
Responsibilities
- Hire, onboard, and retain a team of high-performing Dedicated Advisors
- Lead a team of individuals varying in experience and tenure by effectively identifying critical areas for individual skill development through coaching and achieving quarterly team goals that are focused on retention and owner growth
- Manage a book of business focusing on retention and expanding portfolio growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all top owners in each region
- Review and analyze cadences, workflows, and tools
- Measure the team and individual performance using Salesforce, Salesloft, and Tableau dashboards
- Utilize a myriad of tools and resources to increase owner retention and drive revenue for Evolve
- Capture owner + employees' feedback to inform future product and service roadmaps
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality

- Base salary is $87,000-100,000 based on experience
- Eligible to earn an uncapped monthly commission (with on-target earnings of 50% of annual salary) based on team/ individual performance
