Summary

Requirements

- 2 years of leadership experience in a school or professional setting supervising others
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and best practices in professional development
- Proven ability to manage and support a diverse team of facilitators, educators, or coaches
Responsibilities
- Facilitator Network Management: Support the recruitment, training, and certification of IM facilitators, ensuring alignment with IM’s standards of excellence
- Program Development: Continuously improve the facilitator development program to reflect the latest in professional learning and mathematics pedagogy
- Quality Assurance: Monitor facilitator performance through observation, feedback, and coaching, maintaining consistency in delivery and fidelity to the IM curriculum
- Community Building: Foster a collaborative community among facilitators, encouraging shared best practices and continuous professional growth
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze feedback and data from professional learning sessions to identify areas for improvement and enhance facilitator effectiveness
- Collaboration: Work closely with IM’s Professional Learning and Curriculum teams to ensure that facilitator training aligns with new curriculum developments and pedagogical shifts
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of experience facilitating as an IM Certified Facilitator
- Excellent collaboration and team-building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A detail-oriented personality
- Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with limited direct supervision
- Professional demeanor in all situations and ability to protect confidential information
- Ability to identify problems and propose solutions
- Ability to take initiative and think critically about the needs of the IMCF Community
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Google applications, Salesforce, and some experience with Asana
