Manager, NA Vertical Creative Strategist

Summary

Join Reddit's KarmaLab team as a Vertical Manager and lead a team of creative strategists in developing advertising strategies for CPG, Health, and Financial Services verticals. You will build scalable systems, conduct strategic pitches, collaborate with sales and other departments, and inspire creative work. This role requires proven leadership, deep knowledge of Reddit, and experience in advertising or related fields. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, adaptable, and possesses executive presence. Requirements

• Approx, 10+ years of experience in advertising, PR, media, and/or social media
• Proven understanding of the relationship between creative agencies, media agencies & brands
• Proficiency in Keynote/PPT, Google Slides and Adobe Photoshop/Adobe CC
• Experience influencing and motivating teams and/or organizations to rally behind and deliver against key objectives and results
• Strong knowledge of Brand Strategy, Performance Media, D2C, or Challenger Brand Marketing best practices
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
• Experience working in a fast-growing social/digital advertising platform in a creative/marketing capacity

Responsibilities

• Coach and support a team of Creative Strategists as they develop vertical and account-level strategies to deliver business results for Reddit’s varied advertising partners
• Build scalable systems to drive impact across multiple sales channels and verticals, while helping to manage project pipelines
• Prepare and conduct strategic pitches and presentations with executive presence
• Collaborate with other Managers across the Sales team on measuring impact and optimizing toward results
• Partner cross-functionally with other departments to influence product roadmap, scalable solutions and best practices
• Inspire industry-leading creative work across an array of business verticals
• Attract, retain, and develop world-class talent

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years leading a team of creative strategists
• Experience using Salesforce
• Experience using AI tooling
