Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field or equivalent professional experience
  • 4+ years of experience leading marketing initiatives, preferably in the food or consumer goods industry, including 2+ years in a startup or an agency
  • Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies. Strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels
  • Proven success in full-stack marketing with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Experience in traditional and digital media buying
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, adapting to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with peers, managers and all levels, across the company

Responsibilities

  • Act as the lynchpin between the Marketing Department and Innovation & Brand Department to build and execute a holistic and integrated marketing plan
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners to create alignment and support revenue growth, acquisition and retention, and enable cross-functional efficiency to deliver core KPIs
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, communicating marketing initiatives and their impact effectively
  • Work in collaboration with Senior Leadership to develop an integrated marketing strategy and process that aligns with WAC objectives and mission as well as the WAC Product Innovation roadmap. Oversee the implementation and management of the integrated marketing strategy as a lead and operator
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams, including, but not limited to Brand, Creative, Performance Marketing, Digital Product Marketing, Product Innovation, Member Experience and Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure alignment and integration of strategies and execution across stakeholders
  • Responsible for allocating the marketing budget and resources across multiple channels, optimizing spend to maximize reach, engagement, ROI and growth
  • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders and channel owners β€” mass media, email, social, paid and new channels β€” to design and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with the company's goals, target audiences, and brand identity
  • Own the quarterly go-to-market calendar, leading a cross-functional team to strategize, build and launch marketing campaigns
  • Cross-functional management and execution of promotional activities such as seasonal promotions and product price discounts
  • Responsible for overseeing the execution of an integrated channel marketing strategy that supports brand awareness, retention and growth. Works closely with cross-functional stakeholders including the Brand, Creative, Email & SMS, and other teams
  • In partnership with Brand and Creative, coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure cohesive brand messaging and user experience throughout the customer journey and across all channels
  • Other responsibilities and duties as assigned
