Join Wealthsimple, Canada's largest fintech company, and lead the development and delivery of new client experiences as Manager, Pooled Wealth Management & Fee-Based Planning. You will design new services from scratch, building the team, defining the client journey, and launching operations using AI to scale personalized advice. Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and compliance teams. Key performance indicators include high NPS and improved client outcomes. This role focuses on delivering client clarity, confidence, and satisfaction, providing innovative and personalized financial advice. You will launch and lead innovative advice services, design and iterate on models and workflows, and partner cross-functionally to bring ideas to market. You will also player-coach a team of financial planners and advisors.
Requirements
- A builder — you have deep experience in launching or scaling client-facing services or operations from the ground up in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- A service designer — you have a strong point of view on what great client experiences look like, and how to deliver them
- A collaborator — you partner deeply with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product, and ship impactful human-first projects
- A people leader — you’ve spent 2 years managing high-performing teams and know how to coach for excellence
- A systems thinker — you understand how to optimize workflows, segment clients, and balance personalization with efficiency
- A tech-forward operator — you’ve used tools like AI and automation to improve scale and consistency
Responsibilities
- Launch, lead and ship innovative new advice services with the aid of AI
- You will design and iterate on the model, team, workflows, and human-first client experience
- Partner cross-functionally with product, design, marketing, sales, and compliance to bring ideas to market
- Player-coach a team of financial planners and financial advisors, cultivating an environment to deliver high-quality advice at scale
- Define and operationalize service standards, client segmentation, support tools, and success metrics
- Own and drive key performance indicators including client satisfaction (NPS), service quality, and delivery efficiency
