Join NiCE, a global leader in customer experience solutions, as a dynamic Sales Manager focusing on the SMB sector. Drive revenue growth and lead a team of Account Executives to achieve their quotas while promoting NICE CX products. Customize sales presentations, collaborate with Account Executives on lead conversion, and partner with internal teams to exceed sales objectives. Maintain sales records, participate in meetings and training, build customer relationships, and continuously update product knowledge. Manage team performance through regular reviews and ensure adherence to attendance policies. This role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 5-7 years of sales management experience, and proficiency in needs analysis and customer service. Requirements
- Bachelorโs Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field
- Equivalent work experience is also acceptable
- 5-7 years of experience in sales management
- Proficiency in needs analysis and customer service
- Strong familiarity with inside sales environments and contact management software
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Experience in the telecom, call center, software, or hardware industries
- Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Responsibilities
- Customizing sales presentations to resonate with each prospective client
- Collaborating with Account Executives in identifying and converting leads
- Partnering with various internal teams such as Business Development and Client Services to meet and exceed sales objectives
- Maintaining meticulous records of sales interactions, revenue opportunities, and forecasts using NICE CX contact management software
- Participating in necessary meetings and training sessions
- Building and maintaining robust relationships with potential and current customers as well as sales partners
- Continuously updating product knowledge and participating in weekly training sessions
- Conducting training for sales personnel through various platforms
- Managing team performance, including conducting regular reviews and ensuring adherence to attendance policies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in software sales management
- Background in telecommunications sales
- Familiarity with VoIP-related technology
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
