The successful candidate will manage engineers, support and develop the team, and contribute to the strategic direction of the backend foundation team. • A track record of success in being an established software engineer, as well as time spent in a leadership position, guiding a team in the delivery of quality software
• Previous experience leading change, and delivering on company vision

• Experience leading similar systems or backend-focused teams
